Requirements and responsibilities


Client Experience Specialist (Retention/Escalation Expert) responsible for handling escalations (resolve within KPI), leading and supporting the Client Experience Team, improving processes and client journeys, and managing NPS and retention initiatives. Requires strong stakeholder management skills and experience with CRM, Helpscout, Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Google Suite.
