Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a Sr. Accountant to prepare financial reports and statements, perform bank reconciliations, and conduct cyclical audits. The role ensures financial information is accurate, compliant with regulations, and supports decision-making for assigned assets. Responsibilities * Monitor transfer pricing studies, impairment analysis, bank loans, and interest calculations for each assigned asset. * Apply basic NIF and IFRS methodologies. * Prepare bank consolidations and review weekly supplier payments. * Execute and propose accounting entries. * Prepare and analyze account reconciliations. * Analyze financial information including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. * Maintain supporting documentation for fixed and intangible assets. * Perform basic tax calculations: ISR, VAT, ISH (Lodging Tax). Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. * Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals. * Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
