• Represents eXp Realty as a front-line organization to assist agents and brokers with their Real Estate transactions. The Compliance Settlement Specialist works closely with team members across the organization and ensures agents are paid accurately and within the specified timeframe. They are also responsible for reviewing contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements created as a result of our representation of eXp clients and customers. • Manage and support payment processing in the following areas: • Individual Agents • Team Transactions (e.g. Mega, Large Teams) • State / Geo Based Transactions (e.g. CA, FL, TX) • Work within cloud-based back-office systems • Strong attention to detail in reviewing documents and entering data is required • Review transaction data and prepare Commission Disbursement Authorizations within specified timeframes • Assist Agents with payment processing management platform and commission disbursement questions • Work closely with Brokers and communicate the status of files to fulfill • Review transaction documents and incoming settlement statements to ensure documents match Enterprise before settling files. • Able to work with the agents and settlement companies to identify and resolve errors on files • Effectively and promptly communicates with agents regarding deficiencies in documents and providing explanation and assistance • Works hand-in-hand with the Designated Managing Broker(s) by supporting efforts to ensure compliance. • Performs contract review to ensure the legal and contractual compliance of transactions • Complete daily tasks in a timely efficient manner • Greet Agents/New Recruits in cloud-based office and provide assistance and guidance • Communicate and answer Agent questions in a timely manner • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well with agents • Complete daily tasks in a timely efficient manner • Assist the immediate needs of agents and brokers • Performs other duties as assigned
