We're Hiring: Trade Promotions AnalystAre you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in trade promotions, sales support, deductions, and FMCG/F&B operations? If you have a strong background in managing promotional activities, resolving customer deductions, and working with cross-functional teams, this opportunity might be the perfect fit for you.✅ We're looking for candidates with:3–5 years of experience in trade promotions, deductions, sales support, or a related role.Experience or exposure to the FMCG and F&B industries.Hands-on experience with promotional setup, pricing, approvals, invoices, customer claims, and trade spending.Experience researching, validating, clearing, and resolving customer deductions and disputes.Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF statements, SUMIFS, data validation, and data reconciliation.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions, deduction records, and multiple data sources.Experience working with systems such as AFS, TradePro, Cognos, customer portals, or similar platforms is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service teams.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines.⭐ Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.⭐ Experience preparing reports and presentations using PowerPoint is an advantage.📧 Interested applicants may send their updated CV to: francine@tigerux.comSubject Line: LinkedIn Application | Trade Promotions Analyst
