Responsibilities


Role Overview: - We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal Intake and Client Onboarding Specialist to support a U.S.-based law firm focused on consumer class action cases. - You will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, qualifying leads through established intake processes, organizing case information, and guiding qualified clients through onboarding. - This is a client-facing role with meaningful ownership over the intake process and the opportunity to develop hands-on experience in a U.S. legal environment. Key Responsibilities: - Contact assigned leads and conduct intake using established questionnaires and processes. - Communicate with U.S.-based potential clients to gather relevant case and eligibility information. - Organize and maintain accurate lead, client, and case records across internal systems. - Follow up with qualified prospects and guide them through the client onboarding process. - Support the process of securing retainer agreements from qualified clients. - Manage client communications through Microsoft Outlook and prepare documents in Microsoft Word. - Assist with complaint drafting and other legal and administrative tasks. - Maintain accurate information across Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and the firm’s internal software. Requirements: - Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Previous experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM. - Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word. - Confidence communicating professionally with U.S.-based clients. - Ability to follow structured questionnaires, processes, and instructions accurately. - Ability to learn new software and systems quickly. - Availability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in legal intake, legal support, or a law firm environment. - Familiarity with class actions, consumer law, or legal terminology. - Experience with GoHighLevel or legal case management software. - Experience drafting complaints or other legal documents. - Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills. - College education.
