Requirements and responsibilities


Content • Client Onboarding: Be the initial point of contact for the client and facilitate a process to clarify their messaging and positioning. • Editing: Structural editing, copy editing, and proofreading of clients’ articles, newsletters, and social media content. • Editorial Project Management: Ensure the start to finish production of engaging content that speaks to the client’s audience while helping them reach their goals, including conducting Quarterly Editorial Calendar Planning Meetings with each client. • Graphics & Distribution: Manage the creation of graphics and distribution for articles. • Client Success: Continuously analyze the performance of clients’ articles and social statuses. Create monthly reports to be distributed to each client. • Contractor Onboarding: Recruit, hire, and train new contract writers sourced specifically for each client, on internal systems, culture, and functional knowledge/skills. • Contractor Management: Oversee writers and their success, conduct quarterly meetings for feedback and improvement, provide coaching and edits. • Invoices: Review and approve all invoices for contractors. Branding • Client Onboarding: Be the sole point of contact to facilitate the branding process, be able to facilitate with multiple stakeholders, and help them reach agreement while creating/refreshing a robust set of brand guidelines. • Branding Service Execution: Work as a brand “coach” with clients for 5-8 week periods to develop their brand guidelines by defining goals, customer personas, muse creation, StoryBranding, and development of copywriting tone. Each week of the process consists of two 2-hour sessions. • Graphic Design Management: Manage the graphic design team to oversee the creation of brand guidelines as a final deliverable to the client.
