Lanello – Marketing Systems for Contractors Lanello builds plug-and-play marketing systems that help blue-collar businesses scale. We’re growing fast and adding a hungry, energetic appointment setter who can book high-quality calls for our sales team. If you’re confident on the phone, great with people, and love the rush of booking appointments, this is for you. Role Overview: You will be calling blue-collar businesses in the United States and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. We provide all leads, scripts, tools, and training—you focus purely on calling and booking. Minimum goal: 10 booked appointments per week, compensated only when the prospect actually shows up. Responsibilities: * Make outbound cold calls during US business hours. * Follow our script while confidently improvising when needed. * Book sales appointments directly into the calendar. * Confirm appointments and ensure show-up rate. * Communicate with the sales team about daily performance. * Maintain accurate notes and updates in our internal tools. * Represent Lanello’s brand, culture, and energy in every call. Requirements: * Experience in cold calling (B2B strongly preferred). * Fluent English with a neutral or clear accent. * Confident speaking with business owners. * Comfortable making a high daily volume of calls. * Minimum 2 hours of calling per day (part-time or full-time). * Self-driven and aligned with Lanello’s growth-focused culture. Compensation: Simple and performance-based: $100 USD per appointment that shows up on the sales call. Top performers can earn very well and move up quickly. Growth Opportunities Lanello grows fast. For high performers: * Build and lead your own appointment-setting team. * Earn a percentage from team performance. * Join our team workations (1-month co-living or travel twice per year).
