Full-Stack Developer
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: 3500 USD/month the first 90 days, then it might get up to 4000 USD/month
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, with 3–4 hours overlap between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST. (A consistent 4-hour overlap is required during the first few months)

Position Overview:
We're looking for a product-focused Full-Stack Developer to collaborate directly with the founder to design, build, and launch innovative digital tools. You’ll work in rapid MVP cycles, have access to AI-powered dev tools, and help bring early concepts into production for real users.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the founder to brainstorm and shape product ideas.
Rapidly prototype and ship MVPs using modern dev and AI tools.
Build intuitive, scalable applications for web and mobile.
Integrate APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Airtable, Notion, etc.).
Use tools like Cursor, Replit, and other AI assistants to accelerate development.
Deploy and manage apps using Vercel (or similar) and GitHub.
Document work clearly via Notion, Loom, and code comments.
Collect user feedback and iterate based on real-world input.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
Experience with Supabase or Firebase.
Skilled in utilizing Vercel (or similar platforms) for infrastructure deployment and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Ability to go from idea to working prototype in days.
Experience integrating external APIs and services.
Comfort using AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit, OpenAI APIs).
Excellent async communication and autonomy in remote teams.
A self-starter who thrives with freedom and minimal oversight.
Full-time commitment to this role only, no concurrent employment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with productivity or behavioral tools.
Workflow automation experience (Zapier, N8n, or similar).
Backend experience with Node.js and Postgres.
UI/UX sensibilities and ability to contribute to front-end polish.
Previous experience working in a startup or founder-led team.
Willingness to contribute to product strategy and roadmap.
