Responsibilities: - Own, maintain, and grow key revenue streams for one or more products on our trading desks - Be responsible for all risk and inventory held by the trading team - Leverage experience and knowledge to make critical decisions in real-time - Effectuate systemic improvements to the trading strategy - Develop and constantly improve the strategies and models that drive our trading activities - Problem solve with a tenacious determination - Demonstrate strong math and numerical aptitude - Dig into problems with a willingness to find solutions - Constantly improve and drive systemic improvements - Conduct quantitative analysis (preferred)
