Requirements and responsibilities


Why this role exists: We generate \~100 warm leads per month but need a consultative closer who can turn at least 8-20 of them into long-term customers and then keep expanding their accounts. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from cold email outreach to signed deal to ongoing upsell check-ins. What you’ll do (90-day view): * Outbound & inbound – craft targeted sequences in instantly.ai, book discovery calls, and run value-packed demos. * Close new business – hit ≥8 new contractor clients per month at our current \$500 - \$1500 average deal size. * Land-and-expand – schedule quarterly success reviews, surface upsell opportunities, and grow total account value. * Process & tooling – keep every interaction logged in GoHighLevel, manage tasks in ClickUp, and continually refine templates. * Self-optimization – propose new playbooks, experiment, and share learnings with the team. * Scaling with ads – after you show a proven track record, we will scale your calendar with leads generated from ads. Must-haves: * 2+ years of B2B sales with full-cycle quota ownership. * Fluent English (spoken & written). * Comfortable with any modern CRM; bonus for GoHighLevel familiarity. * Hunter mindset and consultative posture—help first, sell second. * Hyper-organized, self-directed, relentless about personal growth. Nice-to-haves: * Experience selling marketing tech or agency services to SMBs. * Past success in an early-stage startup. * Willingness to relocate (or spend chunks of the year) in Medellín, Colombia. Compensation & upside: * 100% commission on closed revenue (between \$5000 - \$20000 a month). * Equity pathway once you’ve proven consistent, high-quality performance. * Two company “work-ation” months per year—Lanello covers flights & housing so the whole team can co-locate and level up together. * Fast career trajectory: top performers carve out leadership roles as we scale.
