Requirements and responsibilities


Tritone Analytics is a music-technology startup. We’re blending creative innovation with deep data science, and we’re looking for a motivated intern to help keep our growing operations, research, and documentation running smoothly. As an Administrative & Operations Intern, you’ll work directly with company leadership across multiple functions, from research and reporting to scheduling and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the inner workings of a global music-tech startup. This role, although an internship for now, does have the potential to move into a full-time position. --- Key Responsibilities Operational Support 1. Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings across time zones. 2. Maintain project tracking tools, shared folders, and internal communication channels (Notion, Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive). 3. Support document organization, version control, and file sharing with partners and vendors. Market & Industry Research 4. Conduct competitive and market research. 5. Compile findings into clear Excel or Google Sheets reports and concise summaries for leadership review. Data & Reporting 6. Build and maintain structured Excel workbooks for financial, operational, and marketing data. 7. Use formulas, pivot tables, and charts to create quick-reference dashboards and visual summaries. 8. Ensure accuracy and formatting consistency across internal documents. Bookkeeping & Documentation 9. Assist with expense tracking, invoice management, and basic bookkeeping entries (QuickBooks or equivalent). 10. Maintain organized records of contracts, NDAs, and client documentation. Communication & Coordination 11. Draft clear internal updates, follow-up messages, and summary notes from meetings. 12. Help prepare presentation materials and visuals for internal or investor use. 13. Serve as an administrative point of contact for interns, clients, or collaborators. --- Requirements 1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, conditional formatting, and data visualization. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required). 4. High degree of organization, reliability, and attention to detail. 5. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, remote startup environment. 6. Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and curiosity. --- Nice to Have (Optional Skills) * Experience with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Wave, or Xero). * Basic familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) for internal presentation support. * Experience using CRM or task management tools (ClickUp, HubSpot, Monday.com). * Interest in music, entertainment, or creative industries.
