We’re currently hiring for 5 open positions for strategic, resourceful, and experienced professionals to join our team as Bilingual Executive Assistants / Operations Managers. Each of them will act as a trusted partner to our leadership, helping to manage operations, coordinate projects, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is not a basic virtual assistant position. We’re looking for professionals who think critically, communicate clearly, solve problems proactively, and can make smart decisions without being micromanaged.
The ideal candidates should be tech-savvy. While we don’t expect deep technical expertise, they should feel comfortable using a computer, working with management tools such as CRMs, handling spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets, and navigating software with ease. A solid level of English is essential, along with prior experience as Supervisors, Managers, or in similar leadership roles that required sound decision-making to ensure successful day-to-day operations.
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations and executive support tasks with autonomy.
* Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, inboxes, documents, and team communications.
* Identify issues, remove bottlenecks, and suggest better ways of doing things.
* Communicate with clients, team members, and external vendors in both English and Spanish.
* Support decision-making processes and follow through with execution.
* Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, basic engagement, and content planning.
* Use Canva to design multimedia content (images, presentations, social posts, etc.) that aligns with brand guidelines.
✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience
* At least 2 years of experience as Executive Assistants, Project Managers, or in Operations roles.
* Excellent time management, task prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
* Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote tools.
* Able to work independently, think critically, and handle confidential info with professionalism.
This role is for bilingual professionals (English/Spanish) because they’ll be interacting with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking teams/clients.
We're especially looking for people based in LATAM time zones to ensure smooth collaboration during business hours.
