Core Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution:
* Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads, and local media) to generate leads for restoration, renovation, and construction services.
* Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
* Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure qualified leads are followed up and converted.
2. Social Media & Content Strategy:
* Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Create a content calendar and oversee the production of engaging posts, videos, and project highlights.
* Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
3. Local Market Penetration:
* Build partnerships with local businesses (real estate agents, insurance agencies, property managers, etc.) to generate referral traffic.
* Coordinate local sponsorships, networking events, and community engagement campaigns.
* Use hyperlocal targeting (zip codes, neighborhoods) in digital ads to focus on high-opportunity areas.
4. Reputation & Brand Management:
* Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints, marketing materials, and job sites.
* Manage and grow positive online reviews (Google, Yelp, Facebook) through review request campaigns and client follow-up.
* Create and maintain case studies, before-and-after galleries, and client testimonials.
5. Email & SMS Marketing:
* Develop segmented email and text campaigns for lead nurturing, follow-ups, promotions, and re-engagement.
* Build automations to onboard new leads and maintain contact throughout the sales funnel.
* Conduct A/B testing to improve open and conversion rates.
6. Website Optimization & SEO:
* Oversee website updates to improve conversion rates, user experience, and SEO performance.
* Create landing pages for specific services, campaigns, or seasonal promotions.
* Monitor keyword rankings, traffic sources, and bounce rates, and optimize based on performance.
7. Analytics & Reporting:
* Set clear KPIs for all marketing initiatives (lead volume, conversion rates, CAC, ROI).
* Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
* Use tools like Google Analytics, social insights, and CRM data to make data-driven decisions.
8. Creative & Collateral Management:
* Oversee creation of marketing collateral: brochures, digital ads, job site signs, proposal templates, flyers, etc.
* Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and printers as needed.
9. Budget Management:
* Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of funds across channels.
* Track spending versus performance and recommend adjustments based on ROI.
