Responsibilities: • Respond to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner. • Manage maintenance requests from intake to resolution, ensuring updates are communicated and records remain current. • Assist with lease renewals, coordinating communication between tenants and owners to ensure deadlines are met. • Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with delinquent tenants. • Support property turnovers by coordinating vendors, inspections, and unit readiness. • Conduct pricing comps and assist with market analysis to support the leasing strategy. • Maintain and update tenant and property records in platforms such as AppFolio and Google Sheets. • Generate and review reports related to maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction. • Stay aligned with company processes, policies, and compliance standards. The Right Candidate Will Possess the Following Competencies: • Highly responsive. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • High integrity. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly. • Calm under pressure. • Consistent and reliable performance. • Positive, customer-first attitude. • Prior property management or real estate experience preferred. • Familiarity with lease agreements and basic real estate workflows. • Knowledge of tools such as AppFolio, Housecall Pro, Gmail, and Google Sheets is a plus. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
