This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions, including an agentic AI-based tool. The ideal candidate will leverage AI to improve business operations, aligning technology with strategic business goals to enhance productivity and efficiency.What You'll DoLead the development and deployment of AI initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and values.Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for AI integration and drive productivity improvements.Act as a liaison between technology and business units, translating business needs into AI solutions.Ensure the quality and reliability of AI tools, providing actionable insights and strategic guidance to the executive team.Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.Engage with external partners and stakeholders to support the AI initiatives and promote Arootah's strategic goals.QualificationsSignificant experience in a leadership role involving AI and technology integration within a business context.Strong background in AI and machine learning, with experience in deploying AI solutions to drive business value.Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in developing AI-powered products or solutions.Background in software engineering or product development.Experience in AI startups or B2B-focused AI solutions.Salary RangeSalary: $150,000 - $200,000 a yearCompetitive Base Salary: $150,000 to $200,000 per yearPerformance-based bonus and equity-like incentive plans401(k) with employer matchComprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision), life insurancePlease note this is a full-time, exempt position.Perks with usThis is a remote position.
