⚠️ For Colombian residents, the gross salary range is COP $7M to $7.5M/month, with an indefinite term contract and the legal benefits it implies. ⚠️ ⚠️ For candidates of other countries, the net salary range is USD $1.5K to $1.69K/month, with a legal agreement as a full time contractor and the benefits are 2-week annual vacation and the Colombian holidays off.⚠️ We are looking for an Account supervisor, health & wellness with an entrepreneurial spirit, multicultural, and varied client experience. Requirements: ✅ Experience managing content management systems for creative review submissions (i.e., Veeva Vault). ✅ Veeva Certified ✅ Experience in multicultural markets is a must. ✅ Supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and cultivate junior staff and effectively collaborate with subcontractors. ✅ Demonstrated strong project management, planning, and strategic thinking skills. ✅ Demonstrate an understanding of the digital/traditional media landscape and creative trends. ✅ Strong communication skills, copywriting, budget management, and presentation skills. ✅ Extremely organized and detail-oriented; able to meet deadlines with accuracy and diplomacy. ✅ Entrepreneurial spirit, opportunities for quick growth within the agency. Plus: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Communications and/or Marketing advanced degree a plus. ✅ Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus. ✅ 6+ years of advertising agency experience a must. ✅ 2+ years of experience managing content management systems for creative review submissions for pharma brands (i.e., Veeva Vault). ✅ 4-5 years of pharmaceutical experience in an advertising agency. Responsibilities: ✨ Deliver recommendations for programs, big ideas, and incremental income. ✨ Manage and lead the day-to-day relationship with key clients. ✨ Represent agency POV. ✨ Acts as arbiter and solves problems as needed among the account team. ✨ Seek opportunities to continually strengthen the quality of client relations and quality of work. ✨ Challenge strategies, client direction, market research results, programs, or ideas that are not aligned with the brand positioning. ✨ Possess an intimate knowledge of the market to which their brand belongs and the brand’s guidelines. ✨ Ensures high-quality agency output, reflective of consistently superior creative product. ✨ Understand income sources and client compensation structure. ✨ Manage client demands versus budget. ✨ Delegate tasks as appropriate while ensuring quality meets agency standards. ✨ Evaluate the performance of account team members and makes developmental recommendations. ✨ Knowledge of client business and education of the internal team.
