Maven is looking for a Manager of Care Advocacy to manage a team of dynamic Care Advocates. The Care Advocacy team helps both practitioners and members navigate digital care and coaches members to improve clinical outcomes. The Manager will work alongside the management team to foster team culture and ensure high quality, empathetic care for women and families in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of Care Advocates - Learn the ins and outs of Maven’s business and the day-to-day Care Advocacy responsibilities - Participate in individual contributor coverage when there are gaps in 24/7/365 staffing - Lead by example to ensure a culture focused on empathetic care - Coach individual team members to achieve key performance indicators and drive outcomes - Facilitate the team’s alignment with broader organizational objectives and effectively lead through change - Collaborate cross-functionally with our Care Support, Care Operations, Product, Data, Provider Operations, Engineering, and Client Success teams - Participate and lead care team specific and cross-functional member-care related projects
