This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and data analytics, requiring deep understanding of payments ecosystems and business intelligence platforms.Product Strategy & VisionDefine and execute the product roadmap for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence toolsIdentify market opportunities and customer needs for enhanced data visibility and insightsCollaborate with leadership to align reporting capabilities with overall business strategyDrive product decisions based on data analysis, customer feedback, and market researchTechnical LeadershipPartner with engineering teams to design scalable data architecture and reporting infrastructureDefine technical requirements for data pipelines, APIs, and integration capabilitiesEnsure reporting systems can handle high-volume transaction data with real-time processingOversee the technical implementation of dashboards, alerts, and automated reporting featuresCustomer & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with merchants, partners, and internal teams to understand reporting requirementsCollaborate with sales and customer success teams to support client onboarding and adoptionPresent product updates and roadmap to executive leadership and key stakeholdersData & AnalyticsDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for payments operationsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting toolsWork with data science teams to develop predictive analytics and machine learning capabilitiesCross-functional CollaborationPartner with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory reporting requirements are metCollaborate with finance teams on reconciliation, and financial reporting needsWork with customer support to address reporting-related inquiries and issues-----------------------------------------Finix is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
