Responsibilities & more

• Provide essential information for all engineering disciplines involved in a project, utilizing software tools such as Revit. • Generate construction documents for all areas within the Engineering Department, including Mechanical Design and Mechanical Calculations. • Incorporate construction elements into library objects and link their data. • Adhere to design protocols established by the office and the current Florida Building Code. • Assist in the documentation of the BIM Library. • Produce Revit drawings and details, coordinating 3D models and HVAC (Mechanical) families with other disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural, plumbing, etc.) based on Mechanical Engineer redlines and input following company standards and the Florida Building Code. • Report to the Mechanical Leader Team or Mechanical Designer for daily tasks. • Participate in ongoing training for Revit and HVAC software. • Provide essential information for all engineering disciplines involved in a project, utilizing software tools such as Revit. • Generate construction documents for the Mechanical Department. • Review finished drawings for compliance with BIM company Revit standards. • Assist in Mechanical Design and Calculations under the supervision of the Mechanical Designer. • Add construction elements for library objects and link their data. • Assist in the documentation of BIM Library & Families. • Understand the importance of responsibility, quality control, accuracy, and completing tasks on time.
