Requirements and responsibilities

• The Director, PM, Nurture & Convert, is accountable for setting the vision and strategy for Hearsay’s product enabling the conversion of our customers’ leads to becoming clients • Own and drive the value proposition of this solution as well as the products that comprise it • Be accountable for establishing a clear trajectory for the product and solution set, demonstrating immediate competence in one or more financial services sub-verticals (wealth management, life insurance, P&C insurance, etc.) • Within three months, you will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the product/solution set and be able to articulately and compellingly describe the value proposition of our software as it applies to these markets • Within six months, you will be acting as a thoughtful advisor to our go-to-market team and at times to customers and prospects, sharing an assertive point of view about where the industry is headed and the importance of Hearsay’s products and solutions to moving the industry forward
