The short versionChatWalrus is a fast-paced, bootstrapped education business targeting a $100m+ exit within 24 months. We help the teams at the world's best consumer brands master everyday AI tools like Claude & Copilot, through on-demand training, live operator-led sessions, and community. We work with Warby Parker, Coach, Fabletics, Rag & Bone, HexClad, Bombas, Athletic Brewing, ButcherBox and 100+ others.We've grown to 110+ brands & 6,000+ students in 9mos, entirely on referral. Now we're pushing hard into enterprise, which means we have to prove engagement: who's consuming the content, who's falling behind, who's at risk before they tell us. The data lives across Thinkific, Zoom, Klaviyo & Drive. We need someone to turn it into a system that watches it for us.What you'll ownThis is a build role, not a spec role. Together we'll define the metrics. Then you and I design the dashboard and proactive alerts, and you build off my design.You'll stand up our internal reporting dashboard (v1, more to come) using Claude Code, MCPs, and connectors into Thinkific, Zoom, and Klaviyo.You own it end to end: pipeline, logic, alerts, and the automations behind it.What we need, concretelyPull the picture together. Connect Thinkific (content completion), Zoom (live attendance), and Klaviyo (email engagement) into one view.Establish the baseline across 6,000+ students. Who's finished our Foundations content and who hasn't - and how that compares across accounts.Get proactive in 30 days. Relative alerts, not raw numbers - which brands are ahead of pace, who's behind, who's gone quiet.Wire up the actions. When an account goes "at-risk," the dashboard flags our team and the program manager to re-engage.Build it to scale. 100+ accounts today, likely 200+ within twelve weeks.Then expand: a v2 customer-facing dashboard combining Thinkific engagement & live session attendance.Who you areYou've shipped with Claude Code. Not explored it - shipped.Background in data analytics and engineering a plus; you make tools talk to each other (MCPs, connectors, APIs).You're comfortable with ambiguity and limited direction.
