Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Junior Account Manager (support key account manager to provide dedicated administrative, operational, and client-facing support to the key account team). This role ensures smooth daily account operations, maintains accurate client records, coordinates cross-team communication, and helps deliver consistent, high-quality service to key clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and efficient in a fast-paced B2B environment.Objectives of this RoleProvide end-to-end administrative and operational support for the Key Account Manager and key accounts.Maintain accurate client profiles, contracts, pricing agreements, and reporting materials.Assist in strengthening key client relationships and supporting retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and internal teams to ensure KPIs and client commitments are met.Support preparation of business reviews, market intelligence, and strategic account planning materials.ResponsibilitiesClient & Account SupportPoint of contact for routine client inquiries, requests, and follow-ups for assigned entities.Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas, meeting materials, and meeting minutes.Escalate complex client issues to the Key Account Manager in a timely manner.Data & Record ManagementDevelop, update, and maintain customer profiles, competitor profiles, and market intelligence.Manage contracts, amendments, pricing, cost changes, and surcharge records per client agreements.Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, spreadsheets, and other organizational tools.Track contract renewals, order forecasts, and key account milestones.Reporting & Presentation SupportPrepare weekly/monthly progress reports, project updates, and account performance summaries.Assist in creating client business reviews, strategic plans, and PowerPoint materials.Collect and organize data for KPIs, quotas, and customer feedback tracking.Team Coordination & OperationsCoordinate with sales, supply chain, and internal teams to execute account plans.Attend internal account review meetings, document action items, and track follow-ups.Support travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and key account events.Monitor accountancy and flag risks, delays, or new business opportunities.General SupportHandle daily administrative tasks: scheduling, email management, file organization, document preparation.Support upsell/cross-sell by providing product/service information and client history data.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and business information.Skills and QualificationsProfessional experience in accounting support, sales support, customer service, or administrative role.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent diligence, organization, and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of global supply chain is a plus.Experience with multinational customers is a plus.Willingness to support travel for key account activities.HVAC industry experience is a plus.Engineering background in ME, HVAC, etc. is a plus.Preferred QualificationsProven track record supporting key accounts or B2B clients.Experience preparing client presentations, business reviews, or account reports.Strong customer service orientation and positive client feedback history.Self-motivated, goal oriented, and strong follow-through.TravelWillingness to travel 30–50% within North America for site visits and industry trade shows (KBIS, AHR Expo).LocationThis position is remote; however, preference will be given to those in the local surrounding areas.About SanhuaSanhua’s founder, Daocai Zhang created a culture with a philosophy that Talent is the root of the organization.
