We’re hiring a Growth Operator to own and scale our acquisition engine. This is a pipeline-building role, not a support function. You will identify, launch, and scale lead sources (affiliates, call centers, partners) into consistent, revenue-producing channels. Your mission is executed in turning partnerships and channels into predictable, scalable lead flow. Bring in new lead sources Get them live fast Make them produce consistently What You Will Be Responsible For: 1. Source Activation Identify and onboard affiliates, call centers, and partners Launch new sources quickly (days, not weeks) Remove blockers and ensure fast go-live 2. Pipeline & Performance Drive consistent flow of qualified leads Monitor performance (volume, quality, conversion) Optimize or shut down underperforming channels Scale what works 3. Partner Management Own relationships with lead partners Set expectations on volume, quality, and timelines Hold partners accountable to results 4.
