Requirements and responsibilities

Most content doesn’t fail because it’s badly written. It fails because it was never built on a strategy. At ScaleXpertz, content is not a creative exercise. It’s a business function.Every piece we build for a client has 3 jobs:Position the brand in a specific marketAttract a specific type of buyer or partnerBuild compounding authority over timeIf it’s not doing at least 2 of those 3 — it shouldn’t exist. We’re looking for a Content Strategist who thinks this way. Someone who thinks in positioning, narrative, and audience psychology — and then writes well. What the role actually involves:Building content systems for founders and agenciesDeveloping brand voice and messaging frameworksMapping content to business outcomes — not just engagement metricsWorking directly on real client briefs with full contextWhat we’re not looking for:Someone who needs a brief for every pieceSomeone who measures success in likesSomeone who confuses volume with strategyThis is project-based and remote. You’ll work on 2–3 client accounts with a tight execution team.If you’ve built a content engine for a brand — not just managed a calendar — I want to hear from you.Drop a comment with 1 example of content work you’re proud of. Or DM me directly.
