At Vituity, we're looking for a Senior Medical Recruiter – Radiology to lead physician recruitment efforts across our growing national radiology practice. This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll partner directly with physician leaders and executive stakeholders to recruit top-tier radiologists nationwide.What You'll DoRecruit diagnostic, interventional, and subspecialty radiologists nationwideDevelop creative sourcing strategies and build long-term physician pipelinesPartner with medical directors and operational leaders on workforce planningManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboardingRepresent Vituity at industry conferences, residency programs, and networking eventsWhat We're Looking For3–5+ years of full-cycle physician recruitment experience, including radiology physician recruitment experience, required.Proven success sourcing and closing highly specialized physiciansStrong relationship-building and consultative recruiting skillsExperience working in a fast-paced healthcare, physician practice management, or healthcare services environmentAbility to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneouslyWhy Vituity?
