About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Billing Analyst (Part-Time) with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry and hands-on experience managin Clients in the US and other international regions.This is not a passive reporting role. You will own the end-to-end billing lifecycle—from invoicing and accounts receivable to collections, reporting, and client coordination. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure revenue accuracy, timely collections, and seamless client communication.If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this role is for you.The OpportunityAs a Senior Billing Analyst at Writesonic, you will: Take full ownership of Accounts Receivable (AR) and billing operations for US-based clients. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing aligned with contracts and subscription models. Drive collections strategy and maintain healthy DSO metrics. Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to resolve billing disputes. Generate detailed financial reports and revenue analysis for leadership. Improve billing workflows, automation processes, and CRM integrations. Maintain compliance with US accounting and invoicing standards. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution. We’d Love to Meet You If You: Have 5+ years of experience in the accounting or finance domain. Have hands-on experience managing US clients and US billing standards. Are highly skilled in: Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing & Invoicing Collections Management Financial Reporting & Analysis Client Services CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Have experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business model. Understand revenue recognition principles and subscription billing structures. Possess strong analytical and reconciliation skills. Are detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is a plus).
