As we grow, we’re looking for experienced, detail-obsessed Attorneys to help us deliver a best-in-class client experience at scale.This role is remote, and we welcome applicants from outside of the US. You can work from anywhere!Salary range: $100-130KThe RoleWe’re hiring exceptional junior Lawyers who are hungry to execute — attorneys early in their career who want to do immigration differently. At Manifest, you’ll handle high-quality, meaningful U.S. immigration cases with the autonomy of independent practice, without the isolation, risk, or grind of going solo.You’ll work closely with a senior attorney who will provide outstanding guidance and training, but you’ll also be trusted to take real ownership: driving strategy, writing, filing, and delivering outcomes for extraordinary clients across categories like EB-1A, O-1, and NIW.If you’re the kind of lawyer who thrives on responsibility, sharp legal work, and growing fast inside a modern, tech-enabled practice, this role is for you.What You’ll DoOwn and drive extraordinary ability caseworkSupport and lead preparation of high-skilled immigration petitions, including EB-1A, O-1A, and EB-2 NIWWork directly with clients pursuing extraordinary ability pathwaysExecute legal strategy from start to finishDraft and assemble petition letters, legal arguments, and case materialsPrepare and file immigration petitions and supporting documentationRespond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and USCIS correspondence with clarityServe as a trusted point of contact for clientsManage client communications during active caseworkHelp clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the processTranslate complex immigration frameworks into clear next stepsOperate with autonomy and supportWork independently day-to-day while receiving mentorship from senior attorneysPotentially manage a team of paralegals to support case production effortsContribute to a fast-moving team that values outcomes over bureaucracyRequirements2+ years of experience practicing U.S. immigration law as an attorneyDirect experience working on immigrant and/or non-immigrant petitions, especially extraordinary ability case typesFamiliarity and direct experience with categories such as EB-1A, O-1, EB-2 NIWDeep comfort assessing candidacy quickly and accurately across a wide range of professional profilesYou might be a fit ifA junior lawyer with strong fundamentals and a deep hunger to grow quicklyA sharp legal writer who enjoys building persuasive case narrativesComfortable owning work independently, without needing hand-holdingEnergized by a modern, non-traditional approach to practicing lawClient-centered, execution-driven, and proud of delivering excellent outcomesReady to Help Redefine Legal Work?We’re not looking for case processors - we’re looking for trusted partners.
