Requirements: Experience & Certification: - Epic Tapestry certification is preferred, or significant hands-on build experience within an Epic Tapestry environment. Domain Knowledge: - Direct experience working for a health plan, payer, or provider-sponsored organization is highly desired. Technical Proficiency: - Experience configuring UM routing rules, claims adjudication logic, or enrollment/membership workflows. Location: - Must be based in the United States. Responsibilities: System Build & Maintenance: - Configure, test, and validate Epic Tapestry applications to meet specific payer operational needs. Strategic Collaboration: - Partner with clinical and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical system specifications. Problem Solving: - Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex application issues and manage post-live stabilization tasks. Documentation: - Maintain high-quality build specifications, testing outcomes, and implementation plans.
