ROLE: Customer Service - Swedish, Dutch, Danish and Norwegian Speaker 📌 Location: Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia. ✅Salary: RM 9,000 + RM 10,000 ✅ Project: E-hailing ✅Language: Swedish, Dutch, Danish and Norwegian. ✅Headcounts: 12 each ✅Work hour: Rotational shifts, 5 days a week, 2 off days. ✅Joining Date: 22nd June 2026 ✅Education Requirement: Diploma or above ✅Experience: At least 1 year of experience handling customer support cases. ✅Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our E-Hailing project. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for both riders and partner drivers. You will manage real-time interactions across Voice, Chat, and Email channels, ensuring a seamless journey from booking. Whether it’s resolving a billing discrepancy, , you will be the voice and face of our brand. ✅Key Responsibilities * Omnichannel Support: Provide high-quality assistance via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and email. * Issue Resolution: Handle queries related to ride bookings, fare estimates, cancellations, and app technical glitches. * Safety & Escalation: Prioritize and escalate safety incidents or emergency reports according to strict company protocols. * Driver & Rider Liaison: Act as a bridge between passengers and drivers to resolve lost item claims or navigation disputes. * Account Management: Assist users with profile updates, payment method troubleshooting, and promotional code applications. * AI Collaboration: Utilize AI-assisted tools to summarize long chat histories and provide faster, personalized solutions. * Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all interactions within the CRM system. ✅Job Requirements 1. Education & Experience Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Diploma or higher in any field. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role (preferably in a Contact Center, or E-Hailing/Logistics environment). 2. Hard Skills Multilingual/Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (and any other required local languages). Typing Speed: Minimum of 35–40 WPM with high accuracy. 3. Soft Skills Emotional Intelligence: Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with frustrated riders or drivers. Critical Thinking: Quick decision-making skills to resolve "on-the-road" issues in real-time. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where procedures may update frequently. NOTE: The Visa paperwork and relocation expenses will be handle by the company.
