Responsibilities

Medtronic is seeking a Training and Education Program Manager to support our Robotic Surgical Technologies (RST) business, helping equip commercial teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to bring innovative robotic-assisted surgical solutions to customers and ultimately improve patient care.In this role, you'll partner across regional and global teams to identify training needs, develop and deliver impactful learning programs, support onboarding and ongoing commercial development, and drive continuous improvement through training effectiveness and feedback.This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with experience in sales training, clinical education, medical device sales, clinical support, or commercial enablement who is passionate about developing people and advancing healthcare technology.This is a remote position with approximately 30% travel.If you have experience in medical devices, surgical technologies, robotic-assisted surgery, or training field-based commercial teams, we'd strongly encourage you to apply!
