Requirements and responsibilities

JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation with Dynamics 365 to lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), with a strong focus on validating integrations and end-to-end business processes. This role requires hands-on experience with manual and automated testing and an understanding of content management, workflows, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a SAFe Agile environment and bring a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and business process validation.Essential FunctionsDesign and execute test plans across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and SharePoint Online, and integrated solutions (functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT)Validate Power Platform capabilities including document management, workflows, permissions, and user experienceTest and ensure quality across integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and related platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end business processes and requirementsDocument defects, test results, and maintain logs; raise risks and escalate when neededSupport user acceptance testing and provide guidance to business usersLeverage tools such as Azure DevOps, Mabl, Playwright, and other frameworks to improve coverage and efficiencyContinuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and integration validation strategiesRequired ExperienceBS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing3+ years of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power PlatformExperience validating system integrations, workflows, and data exchange across platformsFamiliarity with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Playwright or Mabl)Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)Experience working within the SAFe frameworkStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detailDuration: 12 to 24 monthsInterview: Video
