Responsibilities
Support a project at the intersection of climate resilience and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in a rigorous, youth-centered research environment.The role:Desk research: literature reviews, policy analyses, evidence summaries, and citation managementStakeholder support: meeting prep, note-taking, database maintenance, and convening logisticsWriting and review: proposal drafts, technical reviews, research publications, and dissemination materialsQuality assurance: fact-checking, proofreading, and formatting before any external releaseData analysis: applying quantitative or qualitative methods based on project needsWe’re looking for someone who:Writes clearly, concisely, and rigorouslyTreats sourcing, citations, and evidence quality as non-negotiableCommunicates proactively—asks questions when uncertainApproaches problems with curiosity and precisionBrings graduate-level training or equivalent experience in public health, social science, or a related fieldStrongly valued (not required):Current graduate student in a relevant disciplineExperience with quantitative or qualitative analysis software (e.g., Stata, R, NVivo, Dedoose)About YLabs:Founded at the Harvard Innovation Lab, YLabs co-designs digital products and services that amplify youth power, agency, and opportunity.
