At International rnm, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage relationships with global clients and oversee high-impact creative projects.

📢 The Account Manager acts as the primary liaison between RNM and its clients, transforming client briefings into actionable plans. This role ensures the smooth execution of visual and audiovisual marketing projects 🎬, coordinating closely with Project Managers, Accounting, and Procurement, while maintaining strong client relationships.
🔹 What will you do in this role?
1️⃣ Client & Account Management
✅ Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships.
✅ Understand client needs and translate them into strategic briefs for the creative team.
✅ Manage client expectations, present updates, and lead key meetings.
✅ Analyze client feedback and propose actionable strategies with the Account Director.
2️⃣ Project Coordination
✅ Oversee and manage graphic design, audiovisual, and 3D projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
✅ Define clear roles and responsibilities within each project (PACE model).
✅ Ensure smooth project execution from concept to final delivery.
3️⃣ Business Development & Growth
✅ Drive client retention and annual account growth.
✅ Foster strong collaboration between clients and the creative team.
4️⃣ Operations & Processes
✅ Ensure all projects are backed by contracts and purchase orders.
✅ Oversee invoicing processes and compliance with payment terms.
✅ Generate detailed project reports with the project management team.
🔹 What we’re looking for
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
🗣️ Languages: Bilingual (English - Spanish). Fluency is required to work with international clients.
📌 Experience: 3-5 years in brand management, creative agencies, or client services.
💻 Skills & Tools:
✅ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
✅ Experience with project management tools.
✅ Knowledge of graphic design, 3D animation, or video production (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus).
✅ Familiarity with creative industries, including graphic design, industrial design, 3D animation, and video production.
🌍 Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally (US, Mexico, LATAM, Europe).
💰 Compensation & Benefits
💵 Gross Salary: $24,000 - $28,000 MXN per month.
📍 Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX (Near Xola Metro Station).
⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. 100% on-site.
