But your ability to show up with curiosity, challenge your own thinking, and remain comfortable amongst discomfort are innate traits that are core to our culture. 🚀 About the role: The Client Success Manager is a hybrid role of account manager and digital marketing manager, responsible for handling the ongoing and overall relationship of our clients and growing their accounts and offerings in the nutraceutical wellness space. In this role, you will use your marketing experience and customer service approach to help our clients use digital tools to add value to their company strategy and performance. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining strong long-term client relationships. You will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. 📣 Skills: - At least three years of experience in digital marketing and account management. - Two years of experience in Nutraceutical. - Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software. - Experience implementing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. - In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms. - Demonstrated ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions and meeting sales goals. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field. - Four to five years’ previous work experience in digital marketing and account management. - Nutraceutical experience strongly preferred. - Strong computer skills, and experience with CRM software, Google Suite. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and apply good problem-solving skills. - A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; able to mentor and lead. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented and self-directed. - Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person. 🎯 Duties: ◽ Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns or issues to develop a complete understanding of key account needs. - Analyze client data to provide value-add customer relationship management. ◽ Anticipate key account changes and improvements. - Address client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines. ◽ Understand client needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. - Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximize their use of our products and services. - Establish performance timeline, and track and report on results. - Provide advice on digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific requirements tailored to increase client ROI. - Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling. - Manage communications between key clients and internal teams. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. - Communicate client account performance with the company and external reports with the client. - Develop and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of client initiatives. 👥 Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a meaningful impact in the nutraceutical wellness industry.
