Requirements and responsibilities


We are urgently looking for a UX Developer. Collaboration expectations The Front-End UX Developer will collaborate with the Engineering Team, Product Managers, and Success Managers to ensure that the user interface meets the needs of our users while aligning with technical specifications and business goals. Responsibilities include: - Engaging in user research to inform design decisions. - Collaborating on solutions that prioritize user experience, performance, security, and maintainability. Primary Responsibilities 1. User interface and user experience, design & development: - Design responsive, accessible UI layouts using Material Design principles to adapt seamlessly across devices. - Develop interactive prototypes to facilitate user testing and validation. - Use Typescript, Angular, and NPM to bring designs to life, ensuring high performance, smooth user interactions, and satisfying experiences. - Incorporate best practices from Material Design to create visually appealing and consistent UI elements across the platform. 2. User research & testing: - Conduct user research sessions, A/B testing, and usability testing to understand user behaviors and preferences. - Collect and analyze user feedback to guide the design direction, documenting key insights and action steps. 3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams: - Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure that UI changes align with product goals and user needs. - Participate in sprint planning, providing estimates and feedback on design-related tasks. 4. Design system maintenance: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across the application. - Create reusable components and templates, documenting best practices for their use. 5. Continuous improvement and learning: - Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and front-end development tools, especially in Angular and Material Design. - Propose and implement improvements to streamline the design-to-development workflow. Requirements: - Must have 5+ years of experience with CSS, Javascript, and HTML. - Must have 5+ years of experience with Typescript. - Must have 5+ years of experience with Angular. - Must have 5+ years of experience with RXJS. - Ability to use Docker as a development environment. - Good communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Problem-solving complex issues in maintenance/bug fix and new development. - Team-player. - Can work from contract to full-time. - Must be able to provide your portfolio. - Can start immediately. - Must have strong internet connection with working desktop/laptop and with back-up equipment.
