About Us: JetBack is a flight price tracker application focused on automated savings for its customer base. As we scale, we're looking for a highly reliable Virtual Assistant to help with operational tasks and customer chat support. You’ll work closely with our team, using detailed SOPs and tools to deliver consistent, high-quality support. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat/email using templates or SOPs - Execute repetitive admin tasks as per SOPs - Identify and flag any issues or inconsistencies in SOPs - Attend regular check-ins and team calls when needed Ideal Candidate: - Based in LATAM with stable internet and work setup - 1+ year experience in admin or customer support roles - Excellent written English and attention to detail - Ability to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of our onboarding process - Prefer candidates who have the ability to work with a macOS - Comfortable using SOPs and following structured workflows - Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or similar - Self-managed, reliable, and communicative Compensation: - Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and agency model) - Flexible schedule with consistent workload (part time hours to begin) - Long-term potential for the right candidate
