Requirements and responsibilities

What will you do?We are expanding our team with a UI/UX Specialist to meet the growing demand for EX-focused portal demos (both EC and Workspaces) and high-quality user experiences in ServiceNow projects. This role combines creative design with technical configuration and has a direct impact on pre-sales effectiveness and implementation success.You’ll be part of a team focused on designing and configuring the ServiceNow EC Portal. You’ll guide Technical Consultants during implementation and act as a UI/UX SME throughout projects. You’ll be based in our Utrecht office or at customer sites. Occasional international travel may be required.In this role, you’ll work on demos and implementations, using your design skills and technical knowledge to optimize user experience.
