As part of our expansion, you will be responsible for ensuring Rank International’s Portuguese digital gaming licenses are kept safe, protected, and renewed. You will work closely with iGaming regulators and be the single point of contact for all regulatory compliance-related issues and policies within Rank’s digital businesses. If you are a compliance professional with demonstrable experience and knowledge of relevant gaming laws, regulations, and codes of practice issued by the SRIJ - Portuguese regulator, we want to hear from you! Join us to unlock benefits and opportunities that will boost your career journey in a vibrant, inclusive, and fulfilling work environment. #BeYourself Responsibilities: - Ensure Rank International’s Portuguese digital gaming licenses are kept safe, protected, and renewed - Work closely with iGaming regulators and be the single point of contact for all regulatory compliance-related issues and policies within Rank’s digital businesses - Ensure all digital operational departments have appropriate and up-to-date control systems and procedures in place to ensure compliance with relevant Portuguese and international legislations and license conditions - Keep the business informed and up to date with all digital development projects, proposals, and initiatives to ensure that all regulatory compliance-related aspects, issues, or concerns are addressed before implementation - Provide compliance advice and support to all executives, management, and employees of Rank International in relation to Portuguese business development opportunities or operational queries - Assist on the business-as-usual compliance tasks of the Spanish digital gambling regulation when required - Conduct or assist with any compliance or other related internal investigations
