JLL is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to join their team in New Westminster, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, completing preventative maintenance routines, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and maintaining positive working relationships. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience with automated conveyor systems and controls, repair of material handling equipment, and conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. The preferred qualifications include an associate's or higher degree in the Mechanical or Electrical field, experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards, project management experience, and knowledge of computer networking systems and infrastructure.
