Requirements and responsibilities


APS DESIGN seeks a Content Developer to perform content development work as a member of our instructional design team. This is a part-time, hourly position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have some work experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a similar field. They will also have a working understanding of instructional design and provide work samples that demonstrate using a variety of learning development tools and strategies. Common tasks will include, but are not limited to: * Working closely with Senior Instructional Designers and other Learning Developers to create and build targeted learning solutions (online learning activities, job aids, classroom experiences, etc.). * Participating in peer-reviews, quality checks, and beta-tests. * Estimating work times, supplying regular status updates, and adhering to project timelines. * Attending strategic meetings and working sessions with our internal team and clients, which may require availability during US business hours, depending on the project.
