From booking exquisite experiences to coordinating flawless logistics, your detail-driven mindset will help us deliver magic behind the scenes. ✨ 📍 Location: Colombia - REMOTE 🗣 Language: Fluent English (B2+/C1) required 🕐 Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri What you'll be doing: Responsibilities: 🗂️ Ensure all travel services are booked exactly as sold — no surprises, just perfection 💰 Review costings and cross-check contracts & supplier confirmations 📑 Prepare final travel documents (timings, confirmations, and more!) ✅ Support the QA/QC process by double-checking hotel reservations, coordinating with guides, and confirming transportation 🧾 Assist with file closing by collecting vendor invoices and maintaining well-organized travel records 🏨 Expand your impact: You’ll also book & arrange all reservations for Excursionist itineraries — ensuring every hotel, tour, and transport service is confirmed as sold!
