KWA Analytics is looking for an experienced Functional Analyst – Operations/EOD to join our growing team supporting a global Openlink Endur implementation.This role is part of our Americas operations pod, which owns the Global End-of-Day (EOD) process and plays a critical role in ensuring successful overnight processing across regions.What you'll be working on:Managing and executing EOD/SOD processes in Openlink EndurMonitoring and troubleshooting batch jobs via TPM, Services Manager, and Workflow ManagerInvestigating and resolving simulation failures, pricing issues, and batch processing errorsSupporting APM processing, position validation, and operational readiness checksManaging regional handoffs between Americas and APAC teamsEnhancing operational runbooks, monitoring, and alerting capabilitiesWhat we're looking for:2.5+ years of hands-on Openlink Endur/Findur operations experienceStrong knowledge of EOD processing, TPM, and batch managementExperience troubleshooting Endur processing issues and validating resultsFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or similar platformsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to critical production issuesNice to have:Openlink Endur APM experienceSQL Server knowledgeInterface monitoring and environment management experienceIf you're passionate about energy trading technology and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
