Role Overview: We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing, recredentialing, payer enrollment, and CAQH maintenance. The role also supports provider onboarding and ensures compliance with insurance network requirements. Responsibilities: Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing processes Maintain CAQH profiles and provider documentation Coordinate provider onboarding and enrollment activities Communicate with insurance payers regarding application status and updates Track credentialing deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements Assist with contract reviews and support contract renegotiation efforts when needed Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience in insurance credentialing or related insurance operations Experience with provider credentialing and payer enrollment Proficiency with CAQH and insurance portals Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: Hospital credentialing experience Knowledge of provider onboarding processes Experience supporting contract negotiations or renegotiations Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
