Requirements and responsibilities

We're looking for a funnel builder who can take approved copy and turn it into professional, conversion-focused pages - fast. You'll serve all pods across our info/coaching division, building landing pages, sales pages, checkout flows, application funnels, webinar registrations, and everything in between. You work primarily in GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels, with other platforms as needed. You design and build directly in the builder - no mockup required for most pages. You need to know what a high-converting page looks like for different funnel types and client contexts, and you need to be able to produce it quickly. Standard pages and funnels should be done in days, not weeks. The quality bar: pages look intentional, not like a template. Checkouts process payments. Forms submit. Links work. Mobile looks good. When you hand off for MarTech's tech check, they're verifying tracking - not finding broken basics you should have caught. This isn't a silent execution role. If something in the copy or funnel structure would work better adjusted, you say so. If something's off technically or from a conversion standpoint, you flag it.What Success Looks LikeBuilds are fast and accurate - standard pages/funnels completed in days with minimal reworkDesign decisions make sense for the client and funnel type - you're not applying the same layout to everythingPages look polished across devices without needing a designer to hand you a mockupSelf-QA is thorough - MarTech isn't finding broken links, form errors, or checkout issuesPMs and strategists know where builds stand without chasing youWhen specs are unclear, you ask. When timelines shift, you communicate earlyA Day In This RoleMorning: Check ClickUp for active tasks and priorities. Flag anything that needs clarification before you start building.Throughout the day: Build. That's the core of it - implementing copy into pages, handling forms, checkouts, embeds, and technical elements. Communicate status and blockers as they come up. Self-QA everything before handoff. Coordinate with PMs on what's ready for tech check.End of day: You can answer: What's on track? What's at risk? Does anyone need an update from me?Weekly: Review the build pipeline, check completed builds for post-launch issues, flag capacity concerns early.Experience & Requirements2+ years building pages and funnels professionallyDeep knowledge of GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels - you should be fast and fluent in both, not learning on the jobWorking knowledge of HTML/CSS for platforms that require it (Unbounce, Webflow)Strong design sense - you understand visual hierarchy, spacing, and how to make pages that convert, not just pages that existExperience with forms, conditional logic, checkout configuration, and multi-step funnel flowsYou test your own work across devices before handing it offClear written communication in Slack and ClickUpStrongly preferred:Experience in direct response, info/coaching, or performance marketingBasic understanding of how tracking works - enough to build pages that support what MarTech needs to implementYou'll Thrive Here IfYou're fast and take pride in efficiency without cutting cornersYou can look at copy and a funnel map and know what the page should look like without being toldYou care about whether the page converts, not just whether it's builtYou speak up when something doesn't make senseYou'd rather catch a broken checkout yourself than have someone find it after launchThis May Not Be For You IfYou need a mockup for every pageSelf-QA feels like extra workYou'd rather execute silently than flag problemsYou prefer specializing in one platformWritten async communication isn't your strengthABOUT BAD MARKETING:We're a team of 170+ passionate leaders and creatives who have worked diligently to make BAD Marketing one of the largest and most robust Growth Marketing Agencies in the world.
