Requirements and responsibilities

Develop and enhance solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console); Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations; Support after-sales service processes and customer experience improvements; Work on Sales Cloud modules (Leads, Opportunities) as needed; Integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure data consistency; 5 - 8 years of Salesforce development experience; Strong expertise in Service Cloud (mandatory); Working knowledge of Sales Cloud; Hands-on with Apex, LWC, APIs, and Flows; Experience in service transformation or support environments preferred
