TeamLease is urgently hiring a Scrum Master Lead for an immediate remote opportunity. This is a Normal Day Shift role open to candidates with 5-10 years of experience who can join immediately or are currently serving notice of up to 10 days.What We Are Looking For:Strong Agile Scrum Master experience with Resource Manager and Project/Program Management skillsHands-on expertise with JIRA and strong command of Agile methodologies — Scrum and KanbanScrum certification preferred along with proven Team Management skillsAbility to facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments effectively in a remote settingExperience coaching teams on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and accountabilityImmediate joiners or candidates serving notice period of up to 10 days strongly preferredWhat You Will Do:Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesRemove impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to keep teams productive and alignedCoach and mentor team members on Agile best practices to foster continuous improvementTrack metrics and ensure alignment with project goals to drive efficient, high-quality outcomesManage resources and coordinate across project and program management activitiesMaintain stakeholder communication and ensure timely, accountable delivery across sprints
