Motus is looking for a proven SaaS sales leader to join our team as a Director, Sales, leading our New Logo team and driving growth across North America.In this role, you will:Lead and coach a team of Commercial Account ExecutivesDrive new logo acquisition and revenue growthOwn team forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainmentPartner with Marketing, BDR, Product, and Enablement teamsInfluence strategy and present business results to senior leadershipWe seek a data-driven sales leader who has consistently exceeded targets, thrives on coaching and mentorship, and is excited to build a culture of accountability, growth, and performance.
