At HireGlobo, we’re partnering with a well-established U.S.-based language services and multicultural communications company, supporting healthcare, government, and corporate clients nationwide, to find an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst ready to take ownership of the full invoice-to-cash cycle in a global, fully remote environment.If you enjoy bringing structure, improving processes, and making a real impact on cash flow and financial operations — this role could be a great fit.What you’ll be doing:Managing invoicing, cash application, and collections end-to-endMonitoring AR aging and driving timely collectionsInvestigating payment discrepancies and resolving billing issuesPreparing AR reporting and supporting cash visibilitySupporting month-end close and reconciliationsPartnering cross-functionally with Operations & FinanceIdentifying opportunities to improve AR processes and workflowsYou’ll work closely with Finance leadership and play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and operational efficiency.What we’re looking for:5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Billing / CollectionsHands-on experience with QuickBooksStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsExperience working with U.S.-based companies or international teamsExcellent written & spoken EnglishStrong ownership mindset and attention to detailWhat’s offered:100% Remote (LATAM)Full-time contractor role paid in USDHealthcare reimbursementPaid Time OffLong-term, stable engagementCollaborative distributed teamSchedule aligned with PST working hours
