Responsibilities and deliverables

About the Role: - This is an expert-level, high-intensity engagement where you will work on optimizing and supporting AI model training within highly containerized, dynamic systems. - Strong performers may have the opportunity to extend into future phases. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and recover complex systems in real time using command-line tools. - Manage and orchestrate containerized environments (Docker, CI/CD workflows). - Build and optimize infrastructure for AI/ML workloads and high-throughput systems. - Execute rapid incident response and mid-operation recovery strategies. - Collaborate with engineering and AI teams for performance and reliability. - Document system architecture, incidents, and recovery protocols clearly. What We Are Looking For: - Expert-level experience in terminal-based system administration and infrastructure management. - Strong hands-on skills across languages like Python, Bash, Go, Rust, or C/C++. - Deep understanding of containers, build systems, databases, and web servers. - Proven ability to troubleshoot and recover complex, long-running processes. - Excellent communication and technical documentation skills. - Adaptability across systems, tools, and evolving technologies. Nice to Have: - Experience in AI/ML compute environments. - Background in SRE or DevOps roles. - Exposure to distributed systems and advanced container orchestration.
