We are looking for an experienced Office Manager & Billing Supervisor based in Latin America to oversee daily clinic operations, medical billing, and U.S. provider credentialing processes. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, hands-on experience with medical billing and U.S. healthcare provider credentialing, and solid knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW). Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations and staff management. Manage medical billing and U.S. provider credentialing processes. Handle provider credentialing applications, renewals, payer enrollments, and follow-ups. Coordinate patient scheduling and administrative workflows. Supervise and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. Identify and resolve operational issues independently. Maintain accurate billing and credentialing records. Communicate with insurance companies, payers, providers, and other stakeholders. Requirements Previous experience as an Office Manager, Billing Supervisor, or similar healthcare leadership role. Strong experience with medical billing and U.S. provider credentialing. Knowledge of U.S. insurance payers, provider enrollment, credentialing, and recredentialing. Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to make independent decisions and resolve operational issues. Experience supervising healthcare staff. Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. Location
